Remains of Isabel Granada set to arrive in the Philippines on Thursday

The remains of late actress Isabel Granada are set to arrive in the Philippines from Qatar on Thursday. Recalling, Granada who is 41 years old passed away Saturday night in Doha. She died at Hamad General Hospital where she was rushed after she collapsed at a fan meet-and-greet in the same city on October 25. The condition that led to her collapse was described as a brain hemorrhage indicating aneurysm, which in turn affected her heart.


Joseph Rivera cousin of Isabel and Arnel Cowley husband of Isabel are still processing the documents needed to bring the actress' remains home. They will be leaving Qatar Wednesday night and will arrive in Manila Thursday morning.

Meanwhile, Granada's former husband Jericho Aguas, their son Hubert, and Granada's mother Isabel Villarama are set to go back to the Philippines Sunday.
